Pickle Witch is a woman-owned, small-batch food business based in Boulder County, Colorado. What began as a love for preserving seasonal harvests has grown into a collection of handcrafted pickles and preserved goods inspired by the garden, the land, and a little bit of kitchen magic.

We operate under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act, which allows us to prepare and sell shelf-stable foods made in a home kitchen. Because of this, Pickle Witch products are currently certified for direct-to-consumer retail sales only, meaning you can find us at local farmers markets, seasonal gatherings, and community events throughout Boulder County.

Every jar is made in small batches using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, with a focus on quality, creativity, and connection to the seasons. As we grow, our goal is to move closer to the land itself—building a future farm where many of our ingredients are grown right here in Colorado.
